
Rules & Regulations
1. Exhibitor must attend the entire duration of the show dates, unless otherwise approved by the show committee.
2. All show fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline before participating in each show. Show deposits are non-refundable after 10 days or at the discretion of show management.
3. Exhibitors shall exhibit merchandise within their allocated booth space, merchandise specified in their show application.
4. Exhibitors are prohibited from subletting all or part of their booth space to a third party.
5. Exhibitors are not permitted to solicit buyers outside of their booth space, aisles, washrooms, or escort and/or accompany buyers to another booth. Buttonholing will not be tolerated.
6. Any giveaways or promotions must be approved by show management before the show date.
7. Exhibitors are responsible for loss or damage to the show space property or the property of other exhibitors.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for all items brought to the show. Thredz Show is not responsible for any missing or damaged merchandise during the show.
9. No signs or advertising devices will be displayed in areas of the building other than the exhibitor’s booth space, and all signs shall be subject to the approval of show management.
10. No photographs of merchandise are permitted without the consent of the Exhibitor.
11. Exhibitors are responsible for the actions of their associates and staff during the show and must ensure they abide by the show's rules and regulations.
12. Exhibitors and Associates must wear show identification badges during show hours.
13. The Show Committee has the right to reject or prohibit exhibits, exhibitors and associates. The Show Committee has the right to relocate exhibits or exhibitors when necessary to maintain the standards of the show. Interpretation of this rule is at the sole discretion of the committee. 14. No packing is permitted until the closing time of the show.
15. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own exhibit.
16. The best interest of the exhibitors and retailers is the first priority of the Thredz Show.
17. Photography during the show requires pre-approval from Management.
18. Flammable objects or liquids are not permitted on the show floor.
19. Displays or light fixtures can not exceed 8 feet of your booth. If you wish to have your banner(s) higher, you can do so through ShowTech.
